Calculates the mode radius of a fiber optic enabling the maximum coupling efficiency for an elliptical beam (optimal mode radius) as a function of the waist widths of the beam in the XZ and YZ planes. It is assumed that the fiber optic entrance is centered on the propagation axis and is coinciding with the beam waist.
