Dfo : core diameter of the fiber optic
e : distance from the fiber optic to the source
NA : numerical aperture of the fiber optic
Lr : radiance of the light source
D : diameter of the light source area "seen" by the fiber optic
Po : power emitted by the light source area "seen" by the fiber optic
Pfo : power injected in the fiber optic
C : coupling efficiency ( ratio : Pfo / Po )
